What does my deep clean include?
Includes: All fans, light fixtures, doors, wall plates, baseboards, wipe down cupboards, outside of appliances (including stove top), dusting, window blind dusting, window sash and sills will be dusted and cleaned.
Flooring will be vacuumed where carpeted. Tile and linoleum flooring will be washed with a disinfecting floor cleaner. Hardwood and laminate flooring will have hardwood flooring association recommended cleaning application. Floor polish may be applied as per customer request at an additional charge.
Bathrooms will be cleaned using a hospital grade disinfectant, all baseboards, exterior cabinetry will be wiped and sanitized all hard surfaces, commode will be sanitized and bleached, tub/shower will be cleaned removing all soap scum and hard water stains, shower doors will be inspected and defects will be reported to the homeowner, doors will be cleaned and sanitized.
****Window cleaning, window blind washing, interior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven cleaning are separate.
