Your certification as a Professional Cleaner (CPC) by the Maid Training Academy.

Wage increases every 30 days for the first three months.

Associate Cleaner 

Start $10/ hour while in training -No Experience

                RAISES:

                        #1 Completion of Certification $11/hour

                        #2 $12/ hour 60 days after certification.

                        #3 $13 / hour 90 days after certification.

                         #4 $14-$15  hour after 1 year based on                                              performance reviews.

Team Lead

Start $15/hour while training. 

You must have previous cleaning experience (minimum of 1 year) and have obtained your CPC.  

                RAISES

                        #1 $16/hour after Teamlead Cert.

                        #2 $17/ hour 90 days after Cert.

                        #3 $18 - $20 hour 1 year after Cert.

Requirements:

-18+ Years of age

-Pass a criminal background check

-Must be a physically active person to keep pace with our crew.

-Must be able to lift to 25lbs 

-Must kneel, bend, and stretch, cleaning from top to bottom.

-Must be able to work around dogs and cats. We are residential cleaners there are lots of furbabies.

-Ability to work swiftly and with sure hands.

-Positive attitude.

-Conform to high standards of excellence

-Must have good manners

-Reliable transportation to our home office in Powder Springs/ Paulding county (off Highway 92 near Brownsville) is a must.

-The maid training academy online certification must be completed within 30 days of hire for continued employment.
